The Institute Pranic Healing Switzerland complies with the provisions of Swiss Data Protection Legislation (DSG). This law is currently under revision. In our privacy policy we go one step further than required today.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who use our website and to keeping the personal information provided to us by our visitors confidential.
Personal Data
We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us, such as: name, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address within the registration for a seminar or an event. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the Institute Pranic Healing Switzerland.
The collected information will only be used to contact you, for example, correspondence related to the seminar in question, events or other offers, as well as for marketing purposes (e.g. information events, seminars in the region). Our users’ personal information will not be given to third parties. We do not create personal user profiles of our users.
As a licensee of the Institute for Inner Studies, Manila, we are required to disclose the names of the participating students and their addresses to our licensor. However, you have the option of excluding this disclosure of information when participating in the first seminar.
Additionally, the application form for participation in an Arhatic Yoga Seminar (including advanced levels) will be forwarded to the Institute for Inner Studies, Manila. There it is checked if any possible negative effects would occur through participation in this seminar. Without this clearance, it is impossible to participate in an Arhatic Yoga Seminar.
For statistical purposes, general information (such as statistics on the time distribution for viewing pages) on the access to our website for technical and content review will be stored, aggregated and evaluated anonymously. This data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed outside the Institute Pranic Healing Switzerland or made available to third parties except as required by applicable law and in particular by the relevant law enforcement agency.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Information on this can be found on the corresponding newsletters. Addresses of newsletter subscribers will not be forwarded to advertisers and interested parties.
Online Presence in Social Media
We are also present on social networks and platforms such as Facebook in order to communicate with the active customers, prospects and users and to inform them about our services. In the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data protection law of the respective operator apply. Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement. Thus, the guarantee complies with European data protection law. Data processing by Facebook is handled as part of Facebook’s Data Use Policy.
